Major Features:

Added the manipulator
Copies the settings from togglers, resistors, block detectors, rollers, dynamic rollers, or motors

Added the teleporter
Teleports blocks or entities up to 15 blocks away, depending on the wire charge it gets.

Bug Fixes / Minor changes

It is no longer possible to pick up unwelded moving blocks

Accelerometers work when being moved by gravity

Placing blocks immediately update adjacent blocks. Manually operating machines such as the arc furnace should be less confusing.
