Hint pop-ups are no longer drawn when the console is open to prevent text-on-text

Fixed some world generation from creating corrupted blocks out of undefined memory (if you see these in old worlds, they can usually be removed with a block destroyer or resetting the chunk by deleting it in the filesystem (use the "position" command to get chunk coordinates of player))

Scanning some cases of corruption should send an appropriate message
