Changes:

Changed tutorial order. Basics, Crafting, Research, and Wires are now the first 4 tutorials and have been tweaked and changed based on playtests. The rest of the tutorials have the "Info:" label.

New world spawn area now comes with a free block detector.

Made the red part of the toggler bigger

Added names when hovering over the block detector menu. The currently selected mode is more obvious.

Lamps now glow instantly when placed, even though they are frozen.

Bugs:

Fixed some text displays at different UI scales.

WAILA now wordwraps, only relevant for command blocks.

Fixed utf8 in a lot of places.
